Yippr Pet Supplies – Ordering on Amazon
We’ve had a few questions about shipping when ordering our products on Amazon. A few customers are wondering why the shipping dates are so far out when order on Amazon. Some are also wondering if you have to be an Amazon Prime member to get free shipping on Yippr products. And others are wondering why some products are Prime eligible and others are not. Below are the answers to all of these frequent questions we get about shipping.
Shipping for Amazon Orders
Amazon gives the sellers that fulfill their own products plenty of time to ship. However, they have no way of knowing the shipping policies of each seller so the dates they publish is just an estimate. In our case, it is far from accurate, as we ship the same day or the next business day that the order is made.
I have put together a picture showing what Amazon shows you and what actually happens when you order from us. We ship the same day or the next business day at the latest. We ship using USPS, which unless there is a delay with USPS, you typically receive packages in 3-4 days. I recently had an order from Hawaii, and even to HI, it was delivered in 4 days.
Free Shipping
If you are order from Yippr on Amazon, you DO NOT have to be a PRIME member to get free shipping. No matter if you order Yippr products on Amazon, on Facebook, or on our website, you get free shipping on all orders. Some customers have also asked us why some products are Prime eligible and others are not. Amazon gives sellers two choices, either Amazon fulfilled or merchant fulfilled. The products that are Amazon fulfilled (FBA) are always Prime eligible. On many of our products, we fulfill the orders ourselves (FBM), meaning that they are not stored in Amazon warehouses, Amazon does not ship the items, and Amazon does not take care of the returns, etc. One reason we like the FBM method is that we have more control over how our customers receive the items. We make sure that every item has all of the parts and is packaged securely to avoid damages in transit.

The year is flying by, as mid February is almost upon us. We have a couple of great specials going on and don’t forget to enter our February Giveaway!

February Giveaway Time is Here!
This month, we are giving away 3 Classic LED Leashes. No purchase necessary. US residents over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Entries will be accepted from February 10, 2018 through February 19, 2018. Winners will be announced on February 20, 2018. Three prizes will be awarded by Yippr Pet Supplies.
